INSTRUCTIONS TO CHAIRS AND PRESENTERS
Each presenter will have twenty five minutes for the presentation and five minutes to respond to questions. If a presenter does not show up, take a break for thirty minutes. Do not move the rest of the talks up because people may be planning to attend specific talks in various sessions. A document projector and a computer will be provided in each room. You can hook up a USB flash drive with your presentation. You can also hook up your own laptop if you need to use specific sofware.
